Principal

Carol Hill has taught English and coached at South Florence High School and Pendleton High School.  She was one of the first fifteen teachers in the state to become National Board Certified, and she renewed her certification ten years later.  She served three years as a Teacher in Residence for the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement. She was Principal at South Florence High School for five years and Director of Adult Education for Florence County for five years.  She became principal at Hannah-Pamplico High School in July of 2023. Carol Hill is also a trainer of Cognitive Coaching, Adaptive Schools, and Habits of Mind. She trusts the process of building community in order to support student and adult learners.

Career and Technical Education Director/Assistant Principal

Jordan Ward has been a part of the Raider community for a number of years, serving as a teacher, coach, and now in administration. He has successfully written grants supporting paid student internships and at-risk student interventions. His work has contributed to an increase in student graduation rates and college and career readiness at Hannah-Pamplico High School.
